B’zT® warrants that your B’zT® hardware product (“B’zT” or “The Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser (“the Warranty Period”). If a defect in the Product arises within the Warranty Period, B’zT® will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws repair it with a new or refurbished product or component. The Warranty does not apply to; (t) Products you purchase from unauthorized resellers; (u) where the instructions for use and activation of the Product are not complied with; (v) where the Product is used with a jailbroken or rooted mobile device; (w) where the Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control; (x) where the multiple Products are collected for intentional torts, (y) where the Product is successfully activated and used; (z) where the B’zT®’s product number is not verified after the battery is discharged from running the product in normal operation.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY. ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.


Claims process: To obtain remedies under this Warranty, B’zT® must receive Consumer’s claim before the end of the Warranty Period. Consumer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) from B’zT and return the defective product together with proof of purchase to the address specified by B’zT® in connection with the RMA. Consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the Product to B’zT. By sending the Product, Consumer agrees to transfer ownership to B’zT.® B’zT® may not return the original Product to Consumer. B’zT® warrants that any repaired Product is covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period. If the claim is justified based on this Warranty, B’zT® shall bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Device to the Consumer. Any product returned to B’zT® without a valid warranty claim or without a RMA may be rejected, returned at sender’s cost(subject to prepayment) or  disposed of in B’zT®’s sole discretion.

We have worked very hard to create a product you will love and we believe you will love your B’zT® product. However, we realize the Product you receive from B’zT® may not be exactly what you expected. Should this rare occurrence take place, the customer of the Product may return all B’zT® purchased in the original transaction, in their original condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of the date of delivery to the customer and B’zT® will exchange it or provide a full refund of the original purchase price. It’s IMPORTANT that the battery should not be activated. Once the battery has been activated and B’zT® works fine, consumer cannot return the merchandise. Please note that this policy applies only to Products you purchase directly from B’zT®. This is in addition to your legal rights and your rights under the B’zT® hardware one (30) days Worldwide Warranty that is stated to above. B’zT, LLC won’t be responsible for damage, defect or loss that occurs to products and packages after they are delivered to the third party shipping service.


You must understand the followings that we don’t do: we do not act as police or similar government agencies to keep your children safe or investigate or search for your missing children; we do not alert authorities if any of User or you lose a child; we do not act as an emergency service either; or we do not send bulletins or alarms to the Users either. Our role is limited to providing the Product and the App and periodically update them when desired. It is either your job or the jobs of the appropriate law enforcement agencies’ to do the foregoing. We do not guarantee that your children will always be safe, always be near you, or always be found, when lost.We built the Product and the App with the assumption that you will remain vigilant and responsible in keeping your children safe and with you. Please use the Product and the App in according to the aforementioned assumption by us. The Product cannot be located in the following situations: when there is no access to wireless network; when there are no mobile phones with the App within the vicinity of the Product, when the Product has no power left; when the Product is damaged; when the App is deleted or not operating; when the Product’s software is corrupted or malfunctioning; or when there are unforeseen events affecting its functionality.
